Most of our orders are dispatched within 24-48 business hours after being placed on the website. However, it may take longer to dispatch during public holidays, stock shortages or unforeseen weather conditions.
All the product prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). When you place the order on our website from outside of Australia, your bank or credit card company will charge you based on the exchange rate in US Dollars (USD) or currency of your country.
We accept payments by all major credit cards, PayPal and Afterpay.
Our orders take anywhere between 3-10 working days to get delivered, depending on the geographical location of the recipient. Most of the customers receive their orders within 3-5 business days, however, we request our customers to allow 10 business days for delivery. If you do not receive your order in 10 business days, kindly get in touch with our customer service department for assistance.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. You can also check the status of your order by signing into your account on our website. If you do not receive an email within 48 hours of ordering, get in touch with our customer support department.
We provide free shipping on all products, no exceptions and no hidden fees. The shipping cost is always $0, regardless of the item or your delivery address when you select the free shipping option at the checkout.  If you wish to track your order and check the order updates on the Australia Post website, you can opt for tracked shipping through Australia Post eParcel at an additional cost of $9.95 at the checkout while placing your order.

We will be able to make changes to the order only if it has not left our warehouse for delivery.
To make a return, please contact our customer support team within 5 days of delivery of the order to authorise the return. We do not accept any unauthorised returns. Kindly return the product in its original packaging without tampering with the packaging.

If you have received a damaged order/product(s), please take pictures of the order/product(s) and email us including your order details at support@healthsupplements.com.au within 5 days of delivery. Our customer support team will contact you to assist you with this.

All you need to do is place the order once, choose how often you’d like to receive it, and provide your mailing address and payment method. All subsequent orders will be automatically placed and delivered to your doorstep according to the schedule you select.

Yes, product pricing, discount coupons, promotional offers, etc. can change anytime without prior notice. Users cannot combine offers for additional discounts and discount coupons do not apply to already discounted products.
