For orders below $75, a standard shipping fee of $9.95 applies

We ship orders as promptly as possible. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address.

If you do not receive the shipping confirmation within the next few days of placing your order, please check your junk or spam folders. If you still cannot find the confirmation email, please email our customer support team at support@healthsupplements.com.au or call us at Toll Free: 1300 077 877.

A majority of the orders are delivered within 3-5 business days after being shipped. However, we request our customers to allow us 10 working days for the delivery. Please bear in mind that delivery may be delayed during public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.

We provide a delivery guarantee for all orders. If your order does not arrive within 21 working days from the shipping date, please contact our customer support team for a refund or reshipment. We will either refund your money or resend the order as per your request.

At HealthSupplements.com.au, we retain the authority to determine the most suitable tracked shipping method for all orders. We shall use the most suitable shipping method that allows swift dispatch and quick delivery.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a flexible return and refund policy. You can initiate a return request by contacting our customer support team within 5 days of receiving your order.
