We provide free shipping on a majority of the products. However, a shipping fee shall apply to certain products and other essentials. The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page, based on your address.

We ship orders as promptly as possible. All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 business hours.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address as soon as the order is dispatched. In case you do not receive the shipping email within two business days of ordering, please email our customer support team at support@HealthSupplements.com.au or call 1300 077 877 .

A majority of the orders are delivered within 3-5 business days after being shipped. However, we request our customers to allow us 10 working days for the delivery. Please bear in mind that delivery may be delayed during public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.

We provide a delivery guarantee for all orders. In case your order does not arrive within 21 working days from the shipping date, we will give your money back or reship the order. Please note that the 'Delivery Guarantee' does not apply to orders with incomplete or incorrect mailing addresses.

Shipping Methods

Australia Post Regular Mail (Free Shipping)

We ship the majority of the orders with Australia Post regular mail. Please note that we flat-pack the products to reduce the size of the package ensuring the products inside are not tampered with.

Smaller packages shipped with free shipping do not include tracking numbers and insurance. All orders mailed in a similar fashion are the buyers' responsibility.

Australia Post eParcel

This shipping method offers a quick and efficient delivery without insurance. It allows users to track their orders and check the updates on the Australia Post website.

If you wish to minimise the risk of your parcel going missing in transit, you may opt for this option at an additional cost of $9.95 during checkout.

Australia Post Express

Express Post from Australia Post is the fastest shipping service that allows you to receive your order quickly. It generally takes 1-3 business days depending on your shipping location. You can opt for this shipping method at an additional cost of $11.95 during checkout.

Aramex (Formerly Fastway Couriers)

We use Aramex Couriers to ship orders with more than 2 kg in weight, depending on your location and the size of the order.

We at HealthSupplements.com.au retain the authority to determine the shipping method for all orders mailed with the 'Free Shipping' method. We shall use the most suitable shipping method that allows swift dispatch and quick delivery.

International Shipments

Orders shipping to countries other than Australia (International Shipping) will incur an additional $14.95 shipping cost.

Return & Refund

Returns

We have a "No Questions Asked" return policy. If you wish to return your order for some reason, please contact our customer support team within 5 days of delivery of the order to authorise the return. We do not accept any unauthorised returns. Kindly return the product in its original packaging without tampering with the package.

If you wish to return a part of an order, you will have to bear the return cost. Under no circumstances shall we bear the cost of return unless we have erred on our side and shipped an incorrect product. In such a case, we will arrange for the return and ship the correct order at our cost or issue a refund after we receive the product.

Refunds

All refunds are processed in the original mode of payment used while ordering. Refunds take approximately 3-5 business days to reflect in the account depending on the bank.

If you receive an order after receiving a refund/reship for a delayed/missing order, you can either return the additional shipment or retain it by paying for the same. Failing to return an extra shipment/order will incur a charge for the product/order. For more information, please contact our customer support team.

Terms & Condition

  • Free shipping does not apply to certain products.
  • We may flat-pack your order to fit inside the letterbox and ship the order in an envelope to reduce the shipping cost.
  • Additional shipping charges shall apply to orders shipping to certain areas, depending on the delivery zone and weight of the parcel.
  • If you receive a damaged, incorrect or incomplete order/product, please contact our customer support team within five days of delivery to make the return.
  • If you contact us after five working days of delivery to return an order/product(s), we will not be able to accept the return.
  • If you receive an incorrect, damaged or incomplete order/product(s), you must share pictures of the order/product(s).
  • We keep records of the orders for 2 months. No refund or reshipment will be provided if you contact us after 2 months or longer for the delivery status of the order.
  • There are certain regions in Australia, where our courier service is unable to deliver the shipment, in such cases, the package shall be returned to us. We will contact the buyer once the package is returned to issue a refund the shipment.
  • Once the order is marked delivered to the respective mailing address, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the courier/postal service.
  • We are not liable for any loss of the shipment once the delivery is confirmed.
  • You will not be offered a reshipment or refund for non-delivery of the shipment once the courier/postal company has marked the order as 'delivered'.
  • If you wish to get your order delivered to the Parcel Collect or Parcel Locker, you should inform our customer support team within 24 hours of ordering.
  • If you wish to deliver your order to a Parcel Locker, you should select the paid shipping option while ordering.
