NutraViva NesProteins Beef Gelatin Powder (100 gm)

Direction

• Dissolve 1 tablespoon (10g) of Nutraviva BEEF GELATIN into approx 80ml of cold liquid of choice.
• Stir thoroughly until liquid thickens.
• Microwave for 20-30 seconds to dissolve the gelatin.
• Add a further 200ml of liquid and stir, drink at room temperature to avoid liquid gelling.
• For a hot beverage, carry out the same process and finish by adding a hot liquid at the final stage.
• Alternatively, it can be used to make ice cream, mousse, healthy fruit gummies, jelly, marshmallow, custard and pudding.
• Suitable for use in paleo recipes.

*Contains Naturally Occurring Sulphates - For individuals who aren't sensitive to sulphates, the product is completely safe. The presence of sulphates is due to the manufacturing process, and unfortunately, it's not possible to produce beef gelatin without this process. Based upon product analysis, sulphates may be present in pure unblended beef gelatin powder in the amount of 49-50mg/kg.
