Direction

• Remove the foot patch from the plastic.
• Peel off the large adhesive cover and place the printed side of the patch, onto the adhesive sheet.
• Place the adhesive sheet along with the patch onto the bottom of each foot.
• Smooth down the adhesive sheet ensuring it is flat.
• Wearing socks can be beneficial if you move around a lot in your sleep.
• In the morning remove the patch and wash the bottom of the foot.
