Direction

• Serving suggestions: 1 standard serve = 5 grams (approximately 1 heaped teaspoon)

Clay drink:

• Mix 1 heaping teaspoon with water, juice, or your favourite smoothie.
• After a light stir, the drink is ready.

Premixed clay drink:

• Mix 1-part clay to 10 parts water. For example, add 100g of clay to 1 litre of water. One serve is 50 ml.
• Dilute with water or juice as needed.
• Shake well before use.

Edible paste:

• Use 1 part clay and 2 parts water. For example, mix 20g clay with 40ml of water.
• For best results, allow it to hydrate for couple of hours, preferably longer.
• No mixing is required, simply let it sit.
• Any excess water can be poured off.

Tip:

• Sprinkle the clay into the water.
• Do not add water to the clay.
• When making a large amount, sprinkle it in layers, starting with water, then clay, then water. It will hydrate more evenly.
