Direction

• Open the pouch and remove the Byron Naturals Eco Pain- headache Patch.
• Peel off the protective film and apply the gel side to the forehead.
• Reapply a new patch no more than 3 times daily.
• Lie down in a comfortable position in a dark or dimly lit room.
• Close your eyes and breathe deeply and slowly for 10 breath cycles.
• Rest with the patch on the forehead for 30 minutes.
• Discard the patch after use.
• Wash your hands after applying the patch.
• If symptoms persist, see your healthcare professional.
