Direction

• For Inhalation:
  • Add 5–8 drops to an essential oil diffuser.
  • Place your face close to the diffuser and inhale deeply for 10–15 minutes.
  • Repeat 2–3 times daily.
• For Diffusion:
  • Diffuse 5–8 drops in a bedroom throughout the night.
  • On Tissue or Mask:
  • Apply a few drops to a facial tissue or cotton mask.
  • Inhale the vapours on and off during the day.
• Topical Application:
  • Can be applied undiluted to the skin or diluted with an equal amount of vegetable oil.
  • Apply to upper chest and upper back.
  • For children under 12 years: further dilute.
  • Ages 3–12 years: 1 part blend to 4 parts vegetable oil (20%).
  • Under 3 years: 1 part blend to 9 parts vegetable oil (10%).
• For Bath Use:
  • Fill bath and add 5–8 drops directly to the water. Mix to disperse.
  • Alternatively, mix 5–8 drops with 1–2 ml vegetable oil before adding to the bath.
  • This method reduces the risk of skin irritation and nourishes the skin.
