Waist Wrap

• Apply oil to the white lining side of the pack and wrap it around your body.
• Use the elastic straps to wrap around the area to be treated and secure in place using the button & loop closure at the back of the pack.
• Adjust the straps to create an optimal length for your body size.
• Leave it on for 45 minutes to 1 hour and allow the castor oil to nourish your body.
• Remove the pack and wipe the area clean with a warm damp towel.

Neck Wrap

• Apply oil to the white lining of the neck wrap and customise the fit using the provided Velcro for added comfort.
• Keep it on for 45 minutes to an hour.
• Remove and clean the area with a warm, damp towel.
