Direction

• Adults: Take one PC Laboratories STEP 1 ProBURN Advanced Capsule first thing in the morning with food and with 250-500ml of water.
• Take another capsule with lunch or before training (at least 3 hours apart), no later than 5 PM or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
• It is recommended to drink a minimum of 3L of water spread evenly throughout the day while using this capsule.
• If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional.
