Planet Organic Sage Herbal Tea may help support digestion. It may assist with sore throats, cough and colds. This herbal tea may be helpful during intestinal infection.
Direction
- Boil the kettle and prepare your infuser or teapot.
- Use 1 teaspoon of Planet Organic Sage Herbal Tea per 250ml of hot water.
- Pour freshly boiled water over the tea leaves and brew for 5-8 minutes. If you prefer a stronger brew, try steeping for longer.
- Remove the infuser or pour the tea from your teapot and enjoy!
- Drink up to 3 cups daily. For children under 12 years of age, do not give more than 2 cups daily at strength.
