Direction

• Shake Wotnot Naturals 30 SPF Natural Family Sunscreen Cream well before use.
• If the cream does not dispense easily, a natural wax plug might have formed at the opening. Unscrew the cap and puncture the wax plug to clear the opening.
• Apply the cream 20 minutes before exposure to the sun.
• Reapply the cream at regular intervals; after swimming, towelling dry or perspiring.
