Adults:

• As an omega-3 supplement: Take 2 capsules once a day
• For heart health: Take 2 capsules once a day
• For brain and eye health: Take 3 capsules once a day
• Take up to 3 capsules once a day. Do not exceed 3 capsules in 24 hours.
• Take with food.
