Direction

• As a food supplement:
  • Take 1 teaspoon (5ml) of Love Organic Black Seed Oil daily as part of a balanced lifestyle. Enjoy on its own, or mix it with juice or honey to enhance the flavour.

• For skin:
  • Apply 2-3 drops of the oil directly to clean skin or blend it with your favourite carrier oil.
  • Conduct a patch test before using it on a larger area. Apply a small amount of the oil to the inner arm and wait 24 hours to check for sensitivity.
• For hair:
  • Massage the oil gently into your scalp using circular motions. You can also apply the oil through the lengths and ends of your hair.
