Direction

• Love Organics Sea Buckthorn Oil can be used as skin oil or taken as a health maintenance food oil.
• Take 10-20 drops of the oil a day. Do not use more, as more is not better. Do not use it for more than 3 months at a time. Consult your healthcare professional before using it.
• This oil may soothe and bring cooling relief to hot, reddened and inflamed skin and strengthen capillaries.
• The high levels of vitamin E in this oil help it work as a regenerating skin moisturiser. It may help revitalise dry, damaged and compromised skin.
