Direction

• Children 2-8 years of age: Give 1 scoop (2g) of Bioglan Medlab Mg Optima Relax Jnr Powder daily in water or juice, or as suggested by your healthcare professional.
• Children 9-13 years of age: Give 2 scoops (4g) of the powder daily in water or juice or as suggested by your healthcare professional.
• If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare professional.
