Direction
Adults
- Take 6g (approximately 5ml metric spoonful) of Bonvit Easyfibre Psyllium Husk Powder once or twice a day mixed with a full glass (150ml) of cool water or fruit juice.
- Stir briskly and drink immediately.
- Taking an additional glass of water is helpful.
- It must be consumed with a volume of water. Do not sprinkle it on food.
- It should be used for children only on medical advice.
