For Adults:

• Administer 4 sprays (520 microliters) of Brauer Sleep Oral Spray under your tongue half an hour before bed and then repeat the dose immediately prior to bed.
• If your sleep is interrupted during the night, take 1 dose every half hour for up to 4 doses.
