Direction

For Adults:

• Dissolve 2 Brauer Sleep Tablets (1 dose) under your tongue half an hour before bed and then repeat immediately prior to bed.
• If your sleep is interrupted during the night, take 1 dose every half an hour for up to 4 doses.
