Direction

• For adults: Take one to two Caltrate Bone Health Tablet(s) daily with liquid after a meal, or as suggested by your health professional.
• If you are taking two tablets daily, it is suggested that you take each tablet at a different meal time.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
