Direction

• Adult recommended dosage: Take 1-2 Cell-Logic EnduraCell BioActive Capsules daily.
• Adult enhanced dose: Take 1-2 capsules 3-4 times daily as suggested by your healthcare practitioner.
• Dose titration (for sensitive individuals experiencing any gastrointestinal effects):
  • Discontinue all sources of SFN- cruciferous vegetables, broccoli sprout powder and/or capsules.
  • Once symptoms abate, resume SFN at a very small dose. Take this dose for a few days.
  • Gradually increase the dose by taking a second similar dose each day.
  • Repeat the process by increasing the dose a little each day. Monitor the symptoms to determine the daily dose.
  • Typically, the standard recommended dose may be suitable within 2 weeks. Give more time in severe cases.
  • Once the known dysbiosis or other gastrointestinal issues have either partially or fully cleared, reintroduce cruciferous vegetables.
• When required, consult your healthcare practitioner for dosage guidance.
