Direction

• Adults: Take one or two Chemists’ Own Laxative with Senna Tablets at night. Increase up to 4 tablets if required.
• Drink plenty of water.
• Increase fibre in diet except in cases of medication-induced constipation.
• If symptoms persist, seek advice from a healthcare practitioner.
