Direction

Adults and children 12 years and over:

• Take 2 capsules every 4–6 hours at night as necessary.
• Maximum: 8 capsules in 24 hours.
• Do not take for longer than a few days in adults, or 48 hours in children, except on medical advice.
• Keep to the recommended dose and follow the directions on the label.

Warning / Safety

• Always read the labelled information carefully before use.
• Do not use for children under 12 years.
• Do not use if you have already taken paracetamol.
• Do not use if the carton seal is broken or missing, or if the capsule foil is broken.
• Phenylephrine may cause sleeplessness in some people.
• Ask your doctor before use if you have high blood pressure, heart problems, are taking antidepressants, are pregnant, or are taking other medicines for cough and cold.
• If symptoms persist, see your doctor.
• Keep to the recommended dose.
• If an overdose is taken or suspected, contact the Poisons Information Centre (Australia 13 11 26; New Zealand 0800 764 766) or go to a hospital immediately, even if you feel well, because of the risk of delayed serious liver damage.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store below 25°C.

Each capsule contains: Paracetamol — 500 mg, Guaiphenesin — 100 mg, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride — 6.1 mg.
