Direction

• Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your chosen Eco. Modern Essentials Essential Oil to your diffuser.
• Quick fix: Inhale deeply from the bottle for a quick, calming reset.
• Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of your shower and let the steam release the benefits of the oil.
• Topically: Dilute 1 drop of essential oil with 5ml of carrier oil and apply to your wrists, chest or the back of your neck.
• Compress: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of water. Use cold or room temperature water for cooling relief, and warm or hot water for sore, tight muscles. Soak a face washer in the water, wring out the excess, and apply to the affected area. Repeat 2-3 times as the compress cools or warms.
• Steam treatment: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of steaming hot water. Lean over the bowl with a towel over your head to trap the steam, and breathe deeply. Keep your eyes closed during the treatment and use caution to avoid burns or scalding.
• Lavender Essential Oil:
  • For adults and children 12 years or older. Use as required up to 6 times per day.
  • By inhalation: Add up to 6 drops (0.2ml) to the water in your mist diffuser or apply 3 drops (0.1ml) to a pillow or tissue and inhale.
• Topical use: Add 2 drops of the essential oil to 10ml of carrier oil for massage. Use it immediately and discard any unused portion.
