Direction

• Adults: Add 1 scoop (4.9g) of Ethical Nutrients Bone Builder with Vitamin D Powder to 100ml of room temperature water once daily. Stir well and drink immediately.
• For children:
  • Children 2-3 years: Add ½ scoop (2.5g) of powder to 50ml of room temperature water once daily.
  • Children 4-8 years: Add ¾ scoop (3.7g) of powder to 100ml of room temperature water once daily.
  • Children 8-12 years: Add 1 scoop (4.9g) of powder to 100ml of room temperature water once daily.
