Direction

• Adults: Take 10–20 mL (2–4 metric teaspoons) daily after a main meal.
• On demanding days, adults may take 10 mL (2 metric teaspoons) three times daily after a main meal or as directed by a healthcare professional.
• Maximum daily dose: 30 mL.
• Shake well before use.
