Hydralyte Effervescent Electrolyte Tablets are conveniently self-dissolving tablets that may help with rehydration. These tablets may help replace water and electrolytes lost due to vomiting, diarrhoea, heavy sweating, vigorous exercise, and occasional hangovers. These tablets contain no added gluten, or artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
These tablets are available in different flavours, including Apple Blackcurrant, Colour-Free Lemonade, Tropical, Lemon Lime, Orange, Passionfruit Punch, Peach Crush, Pineapple Breeze, Strawberry Kiwi, and Watermelon Burst.

Direction
- Remove 2 Hydralyte Effervescent Electrolyte Tablets from the tube and replace the cap tightly.
- Dissolve the tablets in 200ml of fresh, cold drinking water. For babies under 6 months of age, use freshly boiled and cooled water.
- Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist.
- Discard unused solution after 2 hours, or 24 hours if refrigerated.
- Do not mix it with cordial, fruit juice, soft or sports drinks.
- Always dissolve in water. Never place the tablet directly into your mouth.
- Use these tablets when thirsty or exhibiting signs of dehydration.
- If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare practitioner.

Warning / Safety
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Store below 30°C.
- Do not use if the cap seal is broken. Do not ingest the cap.
- Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
- Seek medical advice if vomiting or diarrhoea persists for more than:
- 6 hours in infants under 6 months of age.
- 12 hours in children under 3 years of age.
- 24 hours in children aged 3-6 years.
- 48 hours in children over 6 years of age and adults.
- If you have kidney disease or are taking heart or blood pressure medicines, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use.
- It contains sugars, sucralose, mannitol.
Ingredients
Active ingredients: glucose, citric acid, sodium (from sodium chloride), potassium (from potassium chloride), sodium (from sodium bicarbonate)
It contains 156mg of potassium and 276mg of sodium per 200ml dose. The quantity of sodium per maximum daily dose is 5.52 g.
