Direction

• Fill cup with 200 mL of fresh, cold drinking water.
• Empty contents of one stick into 200 mL cup of water and stir as required.
• Consume immediately after preparation.
• Discard any unused solution.
• Do not mix Hydralyte Plus with cordial, fruit juice, soft or sports drinks.
• Recommended dosage (adult 12years): Maximum 2 stick per day.
