Direction

• Children aged 2-8 years: Chew 1 I’m Nutrients Fussy Essentials Chewable Tablet per day.
• Children aged 9-13 years: Chew 2 tablets, once per day.
• The tablets should be chewed, not swallowed whole.
• If the child is unable to chew, the tablets may be crushed and mixed with water, yoghurt or honey and consumed immediately.
• Do not give it to children under 2 years of age.
