Direction

• Adults & children over 3 years: To reduce the risk of diarrhoea when travelling- take 1 capsule daily for 5 days prior to and every day whilst travelling.
• For diarrhoea relief in adults: Take 2 capsules twice daily.
• Children from three months to 12 years: Take 1 capsule twice daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.
• For infants and children who are unable to swallow a capsule, dissolve the capsule contents in water, breast milk, or formula.

• Seek medical advice if diarrhoea persists for more than:
  • 6 hours in infants under 6 months of age.
  • 12 hours in children under 3 years of age.
  • 24 hours in children aged 3 to 6 years.
  • 48 hours in adults and children over 6 years of age.
• Do not use if the cap and/or bottle seals are missing or broken.
