Direction

• Shake well before use.
• Adults:
  • To reduce nervous tension: Take 3-5 ml of Kiwiherb Organic Valerian Oral Liquid three times a day.
  • To relieve sleeplessness: Take 10 ml of liquid one hour before bed.
• Take undiluted or dilute in 30 ml of water or juice and drink immediately. Follow with a glass of water if necessary.
