Melrose Organic Apple Cider Vinegar is a natural vinegar made by fermenting the juices of whole, mature apples. After acetification, the vinegar is stored in wooden vats to enhance its flavour and taste. It is not filtered or pasteurised to preserve valuable fermentation residues and the “mother.”
Rich in pectin, trace minerals, potassium, beneficial bacteria, and enzymes, this vinegar supports healthy digestion. Additionally, it contains acetic, lactic, citric, and malic acids, which aid in preservation, enhance flavour and offer potential health benefits. Gluten-free and with high acidity, this versatile vinegar offers various uses.
Direction
- Shake the bottle well before use.
- Dilute one tablespoon (20 ml) into a glass of water (250 ml).
- Add a tablespoon of honey to sweeten as desired.
- It can be taken after consuming fatty foods.
- Also be added to salad dressings.
- Used to pickle foods or simply taken with water.
