Direction
Dosage for ages 12 and up:
- 1 Gummy- Nice and easy
- 2 Gummies- Double down
- 3 Gummies- Fibre up (one serving). Up to 3 servings a day.
- Do not exceed the recommended servings.
For new users:
- Start with 1-3 gummies per day.
- Gradually increase to 3 servings per day as necessary.
- You may experience changes in bowel habits/minor bloating, as your body adjusts to increased fibre intake.
