Metamucil Fibre-On-The-Go Powder Orange Smooth (30 Pack)

Direction

• Take at least 250 ml glass of water.
• Add 5.9 g of Metamucil Orange Smooth Fibre-On-The-Go (adult dose) powder (approx. 1 ½ level teaspoons) to it.
• Stir briskly and drink promptly.
• Drink plenty of water.
• New users: Start with 1 sachet per day, and gradually increase to 3 sachets per day as necessary.
• Dosage (adults and children 12 years and over):
  • To restore and maintain regularity: 1 sachet (5.9 g) to be taken 1-3 times daily.
  • To help maintain cholesterol levels: 1 sachet (5.9 g) 3 times daily.
• It should be used on children under 12 years of age only on medical advice.

• Bulk fibre may affect how other medicines work. If you are taking a prescription medicine by mouth, take this product at least 2 hours before or 2 hours after the prescribed medicine to minimise any effect on medicine absorption.
• It may cause an allergic reaction in people sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium.
