Direction

• Take a 250 ml glass of water.
• Take 2–6 Metamucil Multihealth Capsules with it, to supplement fibre intake. Swallow 1 capsule at a time.
• Take it in an upright position.
• Drink plenty of water.
• For new users: Start with 1 dose per day. Gradually increase to 3 doses per day as necessary.
• To maintain regularity: 7 capsules, to be taken 1-3 times daily.
• To maintain healthy cholesterol: 7 capsules, to be taken 3 times daily.
