Direction
- Adults: Take 5 gms (one 5 ml level metric teaspoon) of NaturoBest Ultimate Vitamin C & Bioflavonoids Powder in water once daily.
- Children (4-11 years): Take ¼ teaspoon powder in water once daily.
- Children (12-18 years): Take ½ teaspoon powder in water once daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
