Direction

• Read the package leaflet before use and follow the instructions on the pack.
• For adults aged 18 years and over who smoke more than 20 cigarettes per day. Adolescents should use this product only under professional supervision.
• Stopping smoking immediately
  • During weeks 1–12, chew one piece when you feel the urge to smoke or every 1–2 hours.
  • Do not use more than 20 pieces per day.
  • After 12 weeks, gradually reduce use to 1–2 pieces per day before stopping.
• Cutting down before quitting
  • Gradually increase gum use while reducing cigarette consumption.
  • Do not exceed 10 pieces per day when following the cutting-down instructions.
  • Aim to stop smoking within 6 months.
  • If you have not reduced smoking after 6 weeks or stopped after 9 months, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
• Chew–Park–Chew method
  • Chew the gum slowly until the taste becomes strong or you feel a slight tingling sensation.
  • Rest the gum between your cheek and gum.
  • When the taste or tingling fades, chew slowly again.
  • Repeat the chew-and-rest process as directed on the pack.
