Direction

• Read the package leaflet carefully before use and follow the instructions provided.
• Preparing the spray
  • Before first use, or if the spray has not been used for 2 days, prime the pump by pointing it safely away from yourself and others and pressing the top several times until a fine spray appears.
  • Open the dispenser by sliding the button down, pressing it lightly inwards and sliding the top upwards until unlocked.
• Using the spray
  • Point the nozzle towards your open mouth, keeping it close to your mouth.
  • Press the top of the dispenser to release one spray into your mouth.
  • If cravings do not ease within a few minutes, use a second spray as directed.
  • Do not inhale while spraying, and avoid swallowing for a few seconds after use.
  • Avoid eating or drinking while administering the spray.
  • Close the dispenser after each use to help prevent accidental spraying.
• Stopping smoking or vaping immediately
  • Use 1–2 sprays when you would normally smoke or vape, or when cravings occur, following the product leaflet.
  • Do not use more than 2 sprays per dose, 4 sprays per hour for 16 hours, or 64 sprays per day.
  • Gradually reduce use according to the product's recommended schedule.
• Cutting down before quitting
  • Gradually increase spray use as directed while reducing smoking or vaping.
  • Do not exceed the recommended maximum dose.
  • Aim to stop smoking within 6 months; if you have not reduced smoking after 6 weeks or stopped after 9 months, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
