Direction

• Adults: Take two sachets (4g) of Nordia Collagen + Vitamin C Powder daily or as suggested by your healthcare professional.
• Add the powder of two sachets (4g) in a glass, followed by 200ml of room temperature water or fruit juice, and stir thoroughly until the powder is mixed well.
• Due to the nature of this powder, some clumping may occur. Once stirred through, consume immediately.
• Alternatively, you may also blend this powder into smoothies and shakes or mix it into cold foods, such as cereal and yoghurt.
• If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare professional.
