Nutra Organics Captain Calm is a low-sugar, delicious, natural bubblegum-flavoured drink for kids. It is best used as an afternoon drink or pre-bedtime drink to calm little minds. It uses organic calming botanicals, including passionflower, lemon balm, and chamomile for a sense of calm to help soothe the nervous system, calm the mind and support emotional well-being.
The formula contains 93% RDI magnesium from Arctic salt for a balanced nervous system. The added blueberry, beetroot and purple carrot offer a tasty flavour, nutrition and colour. It also has wholefood B vitamins from Quinoa sprouts for a clear calm mind. The drink contains less than one gram of sugar per serving. .
Direction
- Mix 5 grams (2 level teaspoons) of powder Drink or 4 grams (approx. 1 heaped teaspoon) of powder into 100 mL of full cream milk for the added benefits of tryptophan.
- For a dairy-free option add to plant-based milk and enjoy hot or cold.
- Alternatively, add to baking, smoothies, yoghurt, porridge or ice cream.
