Direction

• Mix one 2g scoop of PC Laboratories STEP 2 ProALCAR+ Plus GBB Powder with 250-500ml of water or a drink of your choice.
• Take another serve before lunch/training with 250-500 ml of water or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
• Drink at least 3L of water spread evenly throughout the day while using this powder.
• If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional.
