Direction

• For kids aged 6 to 12 months: Give 0.25ml of Pentavite Vitamin D3 & K2 Kids Liquid daily, or as suggested by your healthcare professional.
• For kids aged 1 to 3 years: Give 0.5ml of liquid daily, or as suggested by your healthcare professional.
• For kids aged 4 to 12 years: Give 1ml of liquid daily or as suggested by your healthcare professional.
• Administer the dosage directly into the child’s mouth or add it to food or drink for immediate consumption.
• If using the provided syringe, rinse when finished and allow it to dry.
