Planet Organic Marshmallow Root Herbal Tea (75 gm Loose Leaf)

Direction

• Boil the kettle and prepare your infuser or teapot.
• Use 1 teaspoon of Planet Organic Marshmallow Root Loose Leaf Tea per 250ml of hot water.
• Pour freshly boiled water over the tea and brew for 5-8 minutes. If you prefer a strong brew, try adding an extra teaspoon of tea instead of brewing for longer.
• Remove the infuser or pour from your teapot and enjoy your beverage!
• You may drink up to a maximum of 3 cups daily. For children under 12 years of age, use half the strength.
