Direction
- In a cup:
- Add one teaspoon of Planet Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder to a cup.
- Mix to paste with a small amount of fresh hot water.
- Add 180ml of fresh hot water (70-80°C) and stir.
- Adjust to taste.
- Whisk in a bowl (traditional):
- Sift 1 teaspoon of matcha into a tea bowl.
- Add 80ml of fresh hot water (70-80°C).
- Whisk briskly in a zigzag motion until frothy.
- Adjust to taste.
- Match can be added to ice cream, smoothies, and baking.
