Planet Organic Valerian Root Herbal Tea (100 gm Loose Leaf)

Direction

• Boil the kettle and prepare your infuser or teapot.
• Use 1 teaspoon of Planet Organic Valerian Root Herbal Tea per 250ml of hot water.
• Pour freshly boiled water over the tea leaves and brew for 8-10 minutes, and then strain. If you prefer a strong brew, try steeping for longer.
• Remove the infuser or pour the tea from your teapot and enjoy!
• You may add ginger or honey to it to enhance the flavour.
• Consume a maximum of 3 cups daily. For children, give half the dose.
