Direction

• Shake the bottle well before use.
• Adults: Take 2-5ml of PPC Herbs Stress Plex Oral Liquid three times daily.
• It can be diluted with water, fruit juice or other fluids if necessary and consumed immediately.
• It can be used for six to eight weeks with significant breaks between active treatments.
