Direction

For serving:

• Take 1 heaped teaspoon (2 g) of Eden Healthfoods Steam Activated Charcoal Powder in half a glass of water, followed by 1 glass of water.

For poultices (external use):

• Mix activated charcoal with enough pure water to make a paste and apply it over the desired area.
• Apply the poultice 1–3 times a day and leave it on until dry.
• It can also be applied before bed and washed off the following morning.
• Do not reuse a poultice; always prepare a fresh one.
• Take care when using charcoal, as it can stain materials such as bedding and clothing.
