For serving

• Take 1 heaped teaspoon (2g) of Eden Healthfoods Steam Activated Charcoal Powder in half a glass of water, followed by 1 glass of water.

For poultices (for external use)

• Mix activated charcoal with adequate pure water to make a paste and apply it over the desired area.
• Apply the poultice 1-3 times a day and leave it on until dry. You can also apply it before bed and wash it off first thing.
• Do not reuse a poultice, always make a fresh one.
• Be cautious while using charcoal as it can stain materials like bedding & clothing.
