• Conduct a skin patch test first (especially before use on very sensitive skin).
• Always apply it to dry and unbroken skin.
• Scrape a pea-sized amount of the balm with your finger and rub it into your dry underarm skin.
• Allow your body 1-2 weeks of use to detox and get used to the change of the product.

Nourish Bar

• Pre & post swim protective barrier: Wet the bar and rub it onto your hair and skin before your swim to naturally help prevent the drying effect from swimming.
• Conditioner/Nourisher: Wet the bar and rub it into your hands, apply to your hair and skin, then lightly rinse out. It is good for replenishing dry skin and hair after swimming.
• It is good for hair, face and body.

Hair & Body bar

• Work the bar through your wet hair to create lather, and spread it evenly, then rinse out.
• It can be used to wash hair, face and body.
