Direction
- Adults: Take PGX capsules with or without food, with 375–500 mL of water, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
- Week 1: Take 1–2 capsules, 3 times per day.
- Week 2: Take 2–4 capsules, 3 times per day.
- Week 3 and beyond: Take 3–6 capsules, 3 times per day.
- Drink adequate amounts of water immediately after taking PGX.
