Teelixir Astragalus Root Powder is a 10:1 concentrated extract made from 100% Astragalus root (Astragalus membranaceus). Known as Huang Qi in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Astragalus has been used in traditional Chinese herbal practices for more than 2,000 years and is traditionally valued as a tonic herb.
Teelixir sources its Astragalus from traditional growing regions in Shanxi and Inner Mongolia, China. The extract is made exclusively from the root, the traditional part of the plant used in Chinese herbal practices. It naturally contains characteristic compounds including astragalosides, polysaccharides and flavonoids, with a guaranteed beta-D-glucan content of more than 9%.
The 10:1 concentrated extract uses 10 kg of raw Astragalus root to produce 1 kg of finished powder. Every batch is third-party tested for purity, heavy metals and active compound levels. The fine powder has a mildly sweet, earthy flavour and mixes easily into beverages and foods.
Direction
