• Bath: Add 5 drops (1/4 ml) of Thursday Plantation Lavender oil to bathwater to support healthy sleeping patterns.

• Vaporisation: Dilute 5 drops (1/4 ml) of this oil to 10 ml water and disperse this mix using an oil burner or diffuser. This helps support healthy stress responses in the body.
• Bites: Lavender oil has been traditionally used in aromatherapy to relieve symptoms of insect bites and stings. Rub a few drops of the oil onto the affected area to get relief.
